Oh my Buddha!!!

Oh my Buddha is a project with the goal of the 

" renaissance of the hand-scroll" . Nowadays almost nobody is

 producing these kind of scrolls anymore.

 This illustrated story shows that this medium should not die out totally. 

And has a lot to offer.  

The story is about Buddha. What would happen if Buddha'd 

live nowadays. I say he might be a hipster living in London...

Peng Taiwan Cuisine

Inspired by Taiwanese food culture this restaurant only serves one kind 

of dish. Dumplings filled with meat and vegetables. By entering the store,- 

customers can choose if the want to sit inside or take the meal away.

 All dishes and drinks can be choosen on a menu list. 

Fried, cooked, steamed or deep fried. 

You have the choice and can fill in the blanks.

The buisnisscard is on one side a actual buisnesscard showing all

 the necessary information. On the other hand it is a loyality card. 

if the guest collects 10 Peng stamps he gets the 11. meal for free. 

This is a typical view on a Peng dining table. Customers can shorten

 the waiting period by informing themselves about the Peng philosophy, 

the buisnesscard campaign, social media campaign and Facebook 

as well as the website.

The dumplings can be enjoyed with taiwanese soy sauce, 

rice vinegar, chili-sauce and sliced ginger.

Lunchbox that servs enough space for up to 20 dumplings

Beermats have been designed to show all the logos existing

 at the Peng restaurants. 

There is one logo escpecially designed for each product. 

To underline Peng's bright, friendly and positve brand personality 

the clerks wear a bright natural pinny and white shirts.

To establish and present Peng for the shop opening posters

 could be published that also show Peng's personality. 

It should cause interest and curiosity without showing to much

 what this restaurant is all about. 

There is also a Peng homepage existing which only shows the information,

 philosophy, dishes, campaigns and credits. The only clickable icons are, mail, 

Facebook and the social media campaign (cell phone). 

By clicking on the cell phone a new tab will be opened and the viewer will 

now face the Facebook site. That shows the social media campaign.

Gantz Postcard

I participated at a contest a while ago.... and. Doom Doom Doom Doomm...
got selected as one of the 3 winning illustrators for a postcard series combined with the Gantz Fan edition.

My illustration is the one at the bottom. Covered by the others :) But I am quite proud. Getting used to photoshop illustrating more and more.

Tv, Newspaper, Finals....

Ah this last weeks were quite busy. Organizing my stay in Taiwan for 

another semester. Finishing the last projects. And so on. 

Quite interesting sometimes how humans can do all of this without

sleeping. So this very first picture shows the nice german class from the

Goethe Institue in Taipei. They invited us to a awesome dinner at a fancy

italian restaurant named Cafe Grazie :)  Thanks again. Always a pleasure 

to meet you. And hey since I stay longer it might not be the last time ;)

Ah this is the entry to TRON. Honestly this is the front 

door of Search Mini. its a crazy as hell fancy bar in Jhongli.

You wont expect something like this here. I think it is even to 

fancy for New York or so.

Again the German Dinner with my Htc Camera -.-

After the dinner we went to revolver to have another 

small farwell party with my two French friends. On is actually

belgium. Every day some people leave... Thats Dj Wigelsworth!

Ah so this is the major project. The I-pad stand. This actually

is a convention room somewhere in Taipei. So we were allowed

to present our project there. There were a lot of teachers from 

Yuan Ze University and also the President. And a lot of

reporters from Taipei Times,China Tv something and a lot more

I think all in all it was one broadcasting Company, 4 Newspapers

and a couple of online news.

So I did not expect that many press. So I did not shave and

looked quite wasted at that time.

The results of it later.

This is a restaurant in Chungli looking like a cave from the 

outside. Crazy! And there are waterfalls and stuff like that.

We had a say goodbye dinner with Kenta and Dali!

They left today actually. See you in Japan Kenta!!!!

Yesterday we went to a Indonesian restaurant. 

Very very good. Love the Peanutsauce so much! Satay.

And thats a wired kind of jelly coconutmilkdrink.
