Midterm, Paperfactory, Halloween...

Hm I really did not do something interesting this week. Like 

a trip or something. And have just been twice in Taipei. I have to keep up!

So on monday i was collecting donations for the Thailand flooding. 

It was hot as hell. Was it really Monday? Damn it seems like 3 weeks ago.

I thought that we did not earn that much money but in the end it was a lot

off. But I already forgot the right number. Anyway thanks to everyone who donated. 

You are great! And the rest is also ok. 

This is the Halloween poster I designed 4 the Halloweenparty .

I am not 100 percent happy with it but it is ok. I did not have 

enough time to make it perfect.  

Finally!!!!!!! Real trad. Japanese Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki.

At Chung Yuan nighmarket. It opened a new stand. And I was wondering

why nobody is there waiting in line. The reason why is because it took almost 10

minutes to bake it. Thats way too long. The Teppan was not hot enough.

The taste was ok. But the ones I make are better.

Ya looks not quite good I know but it is very oishi!!!

Ah we kind of finished design studio. The one we made the 

elephant kids toy. And now we are making an I pad gadget.

We decided to make an I pad stand. Oh another stand again

you might think. No this one is crazy. It is a Stand, it it following you

like Facetime and it is a Cover. 3 in one. And at the beginning it 

was also a charger. But teacher thinks it is too much. And she is right.

After class we went to a Taiwanese restaurant. We shared the food.

I like this way of eating better. So Crystal a friend of mine asked. 

How is german food. Similar to this? So I told her we eat omelet,

we eat chicken leg, we eat sausage we eat spinach and cabbage.

So actually the food is kind of similar.  

This is spinach egg soup and it tastes exactly the way my 

mom makes it for me.  No I am not homesick.

This is Animate. In Ximen. I did not have time to go inside but

this is a Otakus heaven !!!

So on Saturday I went with Candy and two other friends to Candys

fathers and her paper company. And I was inside a BMW X5 the first

time in Taiwan. Nice I can get used to that. We first had lunch. Thanks to 

Candys dad for inviting us.( Plus drinking two bottles of beer) 

Frühschoppen!!! Then as we reached the company,

 I was kind of impressed how big it is. Huge. 

They are making the inside packaging for products of any kind.

 Also german bicycle handles.  

After that we went to Chongli to find some fake blood for my Halloween outfit.

Ah now I remember what I did the whole Gan week. Searching for Halloween costume.

Exactly. First of all I wanted to go as a Jedi Knight very bad. For the win. But the costume in Ximen was ugly and expensive as hell. And the owner of the shop rude as an asshole.

No I am defiantly not buying from you! So on Thursday I think I did the same.

Searching 4 something with Adam in Chungli. But everything was sold out already.

So last option was to go as a self made Zombie. Next problem. Were to get 

fake blood. I already gave up as I occasionally found a stand in Chungli. Great.

So my whole halloween outfit was 200 Nts. Check! Just bought some cheap pants.

So we a bunch of foreigners and one Taiwanese :) 

We heading to Taipei for the Room 18 Rooftop Party.

I have to say there were never so many people looking at me like that day.

I thought that there are going to be more dressed people in the Taipei Mrt.

But we were kind of the only ones that early. So everyone was staring at us.

On my way back home the guy working in the Train asked me if I am alright.

Or if he should call an ambulance. I said no. I am fine. It is just a costume.

But he did not believe me and stayed with me all the time.  

The rooftop is awesome. You can see Taipei 101 directly.

It was not cold. The whole area was in a Alice in wonderland theme.

They had heineken and disgusting Whiskey 4 free since 12. 30 

But they run out of beer at around 10. :) 30 minutes after opening.

It was really really crowded.

no as a Nasa astronaut.

Had a really great time!

Oh and I stole some pictures of some of you guys. If you are not 

comfortable with it I am going to delete them. Promise
