This is a Small Restaurant in Chungli we went to say goodbye to Adam.

It was once a film set and looks really awesome. 

With my classmates in a very good restaurant near Chung Yuan.

They say my chinese is improving very fast. I like that.

I already started to understand a little what the talk and they said,

now they are not allowed to talk chinese anymore because I start to understand. 

Now they are going to speak Taiwanese. Ha ha 

THis !!! was the food we ate there. Believe it or not it is just 3.10€

With drinks and ricerefill included. By the way I still loose weight.

I dont know how I manage to do that. Because normally ever foreigner

gains alot of weight. I can tell ;) And since I am in gym twice a week at least

I should get some muscles. :( Meiguanxi(never mind)

So on Saturday, zoutian we had the Discover Taipei field trip to ....

as it says Taipei of course. We started at 7 am in the morning and I don t know

why, my cell phone did not wake me up. So Claudius called me 5 minutes before

departure. So I was really in a hurry. I felt like crap. Unshaved. Ugly. Smelly

But I managed to take a shower at least. ;) So I was late around 10 mins or so.

But since we are in asia there is a bunch of people late. 

So the busses did not just wait for me! Pew Pew

After a short ride we arrived in freaking hot Taipei. 

This shows the presidents hall and it was build during the

japanese occupation period. Although it does not like that 

at all. Because the japanese wanted to show that they also can build

buildings like that. 

You are not allowed to chew gums, drink water and take lighters with you.

So Claudius had to leave his outside. The whole building is huge and

as I said not really asian. Reminds me more of british architecture.

So we walked there through all of the different kind of rooms.

Very fast because our nice Mrs. Tour guide pushed us. 

Anyway there were hundreds of people waiting for.

In the centre garden there was a aboriginal dance session.

One of the dancers grabbed Claudius hand and pushed 

him on the stage to take part at a dance.

He did a got Job. Not!!! The asian guy in front of 

him asked him. Do you understand? :)

After that we went to the Guest house. On the way there there

was something like a Matsuri. So there was a stand where Children can

try to catch fishes just with a paper "kescher". I wanted to do this but...

our tour guide pushed us again!

We really went to the guest house which is near.

Also very western. At least the garden was japanese style. 

After that we were heading for lunch to a really nice restaurant.

And i think it was not that cheap. Anyway they mixed us all up.

So everyone had to sit at a certain designated table.

Hm. The people at my table did not really talk that much. 

Maybe because most of them did not know each other. 

And I was the only foreigner. Anyway it all improved later on.

So we visited the National Taiwan Museum Gugong.

It is a huge place and I have no idea we we are. Since we did not take

the Mrt. I am lost with busses. The museum was huge. Many many people.

Crowded like hell. It was interesting though. 

But the whole place was kind of confusing. 

They exhibited a lot of chinese Crafts and china and things like that.

So after a while we decided to split up from the group and go for 

a coffe. 3.10 € one small cup of L Machiatto . Like my dinner yesterday.

Madness.  So we decided to go outside since the weather was perfect!

As you see my Handy Cam does not take that good Pictures.

THats is the whole Museum. Nice look. It looks like a old temple 

or something from the outside but it is damn luxurious from the 

inside.

After that we went back home. And stopped somewhere in Taoyuan

for a Barbecue. This place was huge. And I am wondering

how the Ilcc managed to Get the Bus+Tourguide+Lunch+Dinner+Entries.

For just 500 Nts? How thats not possible. 

THis place looked cool like a Bierzelt somehow.

It was all u can eat BBq and Hotpot. So I sat again on the table 

with the same people as before. But now most of us were talking.

And it was nice. We just needed some time. 

This is a snail and Claudius was so brave to try one.

So disgusting.

So all in al the Trip was very nice. And a meet a lot of

new interesting people. Thank you Ilcc.
