Taifuuuuuuuuuuunnnn

So the whole last week was rainy, because there were on or 2 Taifun passing by Taiwan.

Raining all day long. But since I have class it ok. But the weather depresses me. 

So on friday the sun woke me up agian. At 6. I am not used to this anymore since it was one week dark!!! And if it is raining very very soft and it not clouded that much it is poisonous rain. And you should take care because it makes your hair fall of.

So you have to be careful. I actually still cannot believe it. But it makes sense,

 because of air pollution.

THe building is like a big hotel. Very luxurious. You go up by elevator, there is marble everywhere. And normally you get a room like this. Food is all u can eat and it was good.

I dont know if I would say that i am a ktv fan now. Because they just played love songs all the time. ....

So this is really cool. That is the Laser cutting machine we use for our models.

Last wednesday we went to Luxy in Taipei. You somehow can compare it to the P1 in Munich. It is expensive. This pic shows the entrance. I was so confused.

And they have some shows like this on the stage. Mrs. America!!!

Hm i dont know what to think about luxy. The music sucks, it is the same as in search! It is expensive. And there are too many foreigners. I really like  the live houses more.

This was a drunk guy walking around luxy. And he talked to us some S***. He was alway doing Kung Fu moves. So i showed him mine! :)

This is the japanese Shabu Shabu... but taiwan style

So I had a field trip to Taipei with my department. So I am free on Tuesday! He he he

Cool. And we went to Ximending before the Gallery visit. Ximen is kind of like Shibuya or Harajuku. But since I havent ben to Tokyo I cant tell. It is young Hip district with many shops and restaurants and bars. I really lilke it. So we were there around noon so it was almost dead. But we went there at night again and it was cool.

Finally . I made it. The  modern Toilet restaurant. 

It is a japanese franchise I think. Crazy eating out of toilets. :)

Ice !!!

It choose the japanese Miso and Konbu hot pot. But it did not taste like real miso soup. 

I dunno why. So this shop is kind of expensive. And the food is soso. But it is a nice idea. :)

Thats for washing your hands. The funny thing about this restaurant is that there is just ONE real toilet. And it was always occupied.

This is inside the Animate store. I almost died. Millions of Manga and Merchandize. I wanted to buy soo much but I cannot understand a word. So cool. I was looking for the

Oxide Artbook from Hung Tae Kim. But the did not have it. Manga in Taiwan are cheaper or half the price as in germany :) And better  quality.  

This was on the rooftop of the artist village. A nice and interesting place.

This is the inside of the artist village.You know it is really rare int Taiwan to find open air Cafes. I think is is the second one I saw. I really miss this here. :(

This was a movie made by a Thai artist. It was like a performance.

It reminded me very much of Ringu! Thats cool

This is Shilin Nightmarket. One of the biggest I think. Great. We went there around 5. So not at night. And it was already that crowded. Image what it was like 2 Hours later. Insane. But cool. I want to go there tmr.

So we had a Oyster omelet a an entre, and some strange transparent dumpling.

It really looks disgusting but the the strange red sauce is good.

So carol lost her cell phone in the Bus thats why we had to ride through Taipei around 1 hour. She was really lucky that a 

After that whole thing I meet some friends of my dept. 

And we went to a life music house called the Wall. Really cool.

The inside looks almost like Schaf. Te first time minimal :) Yeah!

And all the live houses have live performances!

Although I d say it is just a dj with some monitors around.

So today is lazy day again. I almost slept the whole day. 

We had Japanese food for dinner. :( Everything was so sweet, unless the dessert. Even the Miso soup was sweet. ) 

So tmr is independence day in Taiwan. They celebrate that the japanese left their country. So big Parade tmr in Taipei and Firework afterwards in Danshui.
